***Attention: I DO NOT advertise my property on CraigsList. The listing is for one condo in the Surf Rider Condo Complex. Each condo in the Surf Rider is individually owned and managed.***
We have a three night minimum in the off season, which is September to May. Our base rate applies to this time period which is $250 per night, with a three night minimum OR $1750 a week. During some holiday''s we have a minimum four (4) night rental.
PLEASE NOTE: We only allow Saturday to Saturday rentals during the Peak Summer Weeks of June, July and August. Please see ''Rates'' section for all pricing. All prices listed DO NOT include tax of 10.5%, a $145 departure cleaning fee AND in lieu of a security deposit, a $45 non refundable damage waiver fee.
Luxuries include a Jacuzzi, large plasma screen TV with a DVD player, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, slate flooring throughout, granite counter tops in kitchen, travertine in both bathrooms, top of the line stainless steel appliances, Bosch dishwasher, and a front loading washer and dryer in the condo.
The interior offers breathtaking views from the livingroom, as well as from the pillow-top ultra comfy bed in the master bedroom where you can sit in bed looking out the window to enjoy the waves, dolphins and surfers. There are also ocean views from the second bedroom which has its own private entrance.
The Surf Rider ocean front condo will sleep 4 adults in two queen beds. The sofa in the livingroom will make into a double bed for extra sleeping space. This condo is on the 2nd floor, the second unit in from the boardwalk with amazing ocean views and has a private patio area directly in front of the condo. The exterior picture shows the 6'' sliding glass door and a 7'' unobstructed window facing the ocean. There is also a large common (shared) patio area surrounding the Jacuzzi and BBQ area complete with chairs and chaise lounges for your use.
This condo has ONE reserved parking spot. (Please note: we do not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.)
